April 2012 – Nogne O
We have installed our beer carbonator type BC30 model 20112 in Grimstad – well known town, where also famous writer Henrik Ibsen´s museum can be visited – in Brewery Nogne O and acomplished assebly of complete 5000 BPH bottling line.
April 2012 – Caingorm
Surrounded by fantastic Natural preserved area called Caingorm National Park, Caingorm Brewery in Aviemore, Scottland, became after long time of expectations a place of installation of our new , upgraded 2500 BPH automated line. Customer values minimum of product loss through the system comparing to contract bottling, way of carbonation, clarity of sterile filtrated product and fail less installation and commissioning of entire line , which has been of course carefully factory assembled, and tested before shipment. New electronic way of communication also enables automatic gas content control depending on actual temperature of product firstly installed on such a small capacity line.
September 2011 – BC/BF30 KEGBLOC installation in new brewery
Kegbloc system has been installed in Wrexham Lager ( Wales) together with their brand new Kaspar-Schulz Brewery. Equipment is capable of carbonating, sterilising and filling beer into kegs with output thirty of 50 ltr kegs per hour. Advantages of simple and reliable operation together with ultimate quality of carbonated beer have been proved again.
September 2011 – Pepsico Prague new Mixer installation
New still and carbonated beverage Processor has been installed in Prague.
Overall efficiency of this large bottling line, producing more then thirty types of beverages, has improved.
March 2011 – CW250 G and sterile filtration unit
New CW250 with bottle gas flush option including cold sterilisation – two stage filtration unit for clear beers has been installed in research and development centre SAB Miller situated in new pilot plant bulding placed on Nottingham University. The equipment, which basic model is being used by many minibreweries all over the UK for many years, proved its reliability again.
