The equipment is designed to meet the demands of continuous dissolving of granulated sugar in water, followed by filtration and cooling of liquid sugar during transportation into a place of use. It is capable of production of liquid sugar not exceeding 70 Brix. Dissolving temperature can be set in range from 15 to 85 °C in conjunction of free standing water pre heat equipment.

Doser is designed for purpose of dissolving, storage and dosing crystallic and powder syrup components in water, followed by exact dosing into tanks of syrup room. It is also used for dosing liquid components into syrup tanks. Doser is fitted with free standing scale system communication.
